There have been a lot of rumors about Glock abandoning their trademark design and going for something more California-esque which would be the farmyard equivalent of buying a prize bull whose fee for services rendered would amount to thousands at a crack, and neutering the bewildered fella. But alas, rumors are so often little more than just that.
Our friends at Glock Store give us a look at the new Gen V Glock 19 and while there are changes, and I am sure there is a good reason for making them, they are barely noticeable to the naked eye. The only oddity is that they are not offering MOS versions as of now but I am certain that will change in the near future as well. I checked, and the Glock website does not have any announcements nor do they have the Version V Glocks in their online catalogue yet.
Glock is apparently being sued by a handful of states so they had to make a pivot to ensure they could remain in business in those particular states which is essentially most of the USA.
Breathe easy Glock fans, the old stand-by looks like it will remain so.
